Intertwine Healing & Therapy Agreements - Intertwine Healing & Therapy is a place of business that helps individuals, families, and couples through coaching, as well as other spiritual healing modalities. The company places policy & procedures through a contract or informed consent upon first start of service or treatment. Intertwine Healing & Therapy solely concentrates on holistic wellness, spiritual, and non-clinical healing modalities. Intertwine Healing & Therapy is also a private pay company and does not accept insurance at this time.
Privacy Policy - By utilizing our site, you are giving consent and obtaining information from our privacy policy. Information obtain from our website is stored safely by the owner, and follow HIPPA regulation to not share any information to anyone unless it’s related to their treatments only or if there are harmful acts involved, as we are mandated reporters to report any kind of abuse that is expressed during a session. Intertwine Healing & Therapy privacy policy is very important, as we respect our clients confidentiality through HIPPA regulations, and we will not disclose any information unless an individual, family member or couples are causing harm upon themselves or others.
Terms of Service - Intertwine Healing & Therapy has the right to refuse service to anyone that do not follow the contract or informed consent that was signed & agreed by both parties. Also, AMFT (Associate Marriage Family Therapist) is not able to diagnose any mental illness until announced they are LMFT (Licensed Marriage Family Therapist). At this time, Intertwine Healing & Therapy only offers life coaching with healing modules and services announced on the website. Intertwine Healing Shop will not give refunds once bracelets are purchased with damages for more than 5-7 business days. Should the items become damage from the shop, this will be refunded or exchanged during the time of purchase. No refunds will take place after a healing session such as Reiki, Life Coaching, and Energy Readings.
Law and Ethics of California - Intertwine Healing & Therapy respects every individual that comes for our services, as well as our employees such as gender, race, cultural background, age, religion, sexual origin, or any form of discrimination. Any individual that presents signs of disrespecting our spiritual and holistic place of business, shall no longer be allowed to receive service, and service will not be refunded. Our company will not tolerate any form of sexual advances or harassment. If such acts occur, we will refuse service or ask the individual to leave the premises before or during services. Any employees who commits these acts, shall be terminated effective immediately.
Limitation of Liability - Those who require a physical or mental clinical diagnosis, must seek medical attention through a licensed physician or a licensed mental health professional. The company will meet everyone needs as best as possible, but there no guarantees for a full recovery through the healing process. Intertwine Healing & Therapy has the rights to refuse service, and the company is not responsible for any damages that is utilized by you when entering the office and using this website. We are also mandated reporters, as any kind of abuse is being expressed during the session, will be immediately reported through law enforcement or social services for adults or children.
Copyright Infringement - Various photos on the site were taken and purchased through Squarespace, as well as Intertwine Healing & Therapy. Should anyone try to obtain photos, logos, and other details of the site, shall be charged for damages & attorneys fees.
Modification & Termination - Intertwine Healing & Therapy has the right to modify and terminate without prior notification of the website. Anytime you have utilized the website shall always be accepting the terms of service with or without modifications.
